With Meydan Car Rental, the number you are quoted is the number you pay. Salik tolls are charged only for the gates you actually cross, at RTA’s official rate, and settled at the end of your rental — never estimated in advance. Every SUV comes with basic insurance included, and full-cover upgrades are available on request. Most models require no security deposit at all; where one does apply, it is simply pre-authorised on your card and released once the vehicle is returned and inspected. Mileage is unlimited on every booking, and the minimum driver age is 21.

Billed only for the gates you actually pass under, at the official RTA rate, and reconciled at the end of your rental — no estimates, no markup.
Insurance & Deposit
Basic insurance (CDW) is included on every SUV, with full-cover upgrades available. Most models need no deposit whatsoever.

Off-Road & Desert Driving Is Not Permitted
Dubai is surrounded by some of the finest sand dunes on earth, and several of our SUVs — the Nissan Patrol, Land Rover Defender 130 X and Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG among them — are genuinely capable off-roaders. Even so, all standard rental agreements and insurance policies strictly prohibit off-road and desert driving.

Mechanical damage is billed to youAny harm to the suspension, underbody or engine from dune bashing, sand ingress or recovery is charged directly to the driver.
